Freedom!
Well, now that I am done with school and thesis, I have no excuse to not work out (besides a case of the lazies). I am going back to the basics and starting a Couch to 5K program this week. I graduate Monday (yep, you can call me Master) so I'm going to try to do my runs Tu, Th and Sat. I've also decided I'm going to create my own podcasts with music set to the intervals. I found a few good sites that have podcasts already done, but the music isn't my favorite. What do y'all think? Good idea or no? Who's joining me in the C25K program? Accountability is key. The more people you tell, the likelier you are to follow through.
